Majority of our cots convert to a toddler bed, meaning this item can stay with your child until they are 4 years old and can be used again as a cot for future children. Some of our cots, such as the Amy Cot, convert to a couch as well, ideal for your home for an indefinite period of time. Our Converter Cots, such as the Sleigh Converter, transform into a full ¾ bed, so your child can use this well into their teen years.

With safety top of mind, our cots are made to order, meaning you can select the most suitable colour and design for your nursery. All our proudly South African manufactured cots are designed with your child’s safety as our main priority. Our cots do not come with drop sides as per international safety standards, but many cots in our range are available with a hinged side as an add-on option. Sold complete with strong metal cot pins, you can change the base level of your cot as your child grows. It can be lowered as your baby begins to learn about climbing. The highest level is perfect for a new-born as it provides parents with easy access and less bending.

A vital component of any nursery, a compactum doubles up as both a changing station and storage solution. At Dream Furniture, we offer two standard compactum sizes to accommodate your space. Majority of compactums in our range are available in both sizes. Fully customizable, you can select the foot / lip options as well as wood colour and handles to best suit your nursery.

When your nappy changing days come to an end, your compactum can be used as a chest of drawers for an indefinite period of time. We also offer a range of changing stations. These smaller stations are the same height and depth of our compactums, only the length decreases making them ideal for smaller spaces. A changing station can be used in a bathroom for additional storage later on.

The drawers on our compactums are fitted with soft close extended drawer runners, making them easy to open and close as the drawers run smoothly on the runners.

A Rocking Chair has become somewhat of an essential in any nursery. You will spend a considerable amount of time feeding and soothing your bundle of joy, you might as well be comfortable when doing so.

Designed with Moms in mind, our Rocking Chairs offer lumbar support to keep you comfy and relaxed. The classic breastfeeding position requires you to cradle your baby’s head with the crook of your arm, which is the reason our Rocking Chairs feature supportive armrests. Paired with a matching ottoman to rest your feet on, you will appreciate some time to rest with your little one.

We offer both Rocking and Non-Rocking Chairs depending on your personal preference. Our Rocking Chairs offer a subtle to gentle rock so you can soothe your baby after feeding time or when unsettled. You can also choose to sit still when feeding your baby.
